This gathering is designed to explore and refine the future of REALM® and our essential space on the heels of change in our real estate industry. It’s an incredible inflection point.
We’re excited to share this time with you delving into our WHY, HOW and WHAT through conversation, ideation, and programming, all crafted to facilitate our best collective work for the future of REALM as a brand in the industry – and the experience it must embody for its members.
We will work through leadership exercises to gather your feedback, develop new ideas, new initiatives, optimize the value and benefits of REALM to you and to our industry. Our team will take your ideas, review them, and bring them to life with our strategic short term and long term goal setting and most importantly – we’ll share our progress in 2025.
