To stand out and connect with potential clients in a unique way, he’s developed what he calls a “preemptive video strike.” By sending personalized videos—featuring either a voiceover or even his own avatar—Bob demonstrates the REALM Matching Technology for a particular property, previewing what’s to come before even meeting in person. It’s a method that’s never failed him.
Transcendence: Pushing Boundaries and Supporting Each Other
When asked about the value of being part of REALM, Bob emphasized that it’s not just about referrals—it’s about expanding opportunities, innovating in creative ways, and securing more listings.
